Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy

  • For cancellations communicated within 72 hours before beginning of service, no penalty will apply.
  • For cancellations communicated between 72 and 24 hours before beginning of service, a 50% penalty will apply.
  • For cancellations communicated less than 24 hours before beginning of service, a 100% penalty will apply.
  • NO SHOW - 100% penalty

Disposals

Disposals include 1 meal for the driver

Transfers

Transfer services include a maximum waiting time of 60min. at the Airport and 30min. at the Train Station or other pick up location. Any longer waiting time, if authorized, will be charged every 60min. and will take effect after the first 30min. from scheduled appointment.

 

 

Night service Supplement

A 20% surcharge will apply to services, or parts of services, carried out between 8pm and 7am.

NOTE: services are intended to start and end in the garage, therefore the kilometers and time of service are subject to the time needed for vehicle and driver to depart and return to the garage at the end of the service.

Included in the Price

Fuel, Highway tolls, Parking, 1 meal for the driver.

Not included in the price

Ferries, Tunnel Fees (only the ones subject to fees), Driver's overnight, Driver's meal after the first.

 

DISCLAIMER - Blucar Service is a Chauffeur Driven Car Rental company based in Florence and in no circumstance will be able to provide services that differ from that area of activity (as a mere example ticket reservations for museums, trains or similar).

The use of the term “Tour” within our website is always referred to a transportation service with car and driver.

The use of the term “Guided Tours” within our website refers to transportation services with car and driver, where the driver - upon the client’s request and considering the chosen locations – will organize the optimum itinerary.
