TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellation Policy

- For Cancellations communicated within 72 hours before beginning of service no penalty will apply;
- For Cancellations communicated between 72 and 24 hours before beginning of service a 50% penalty will apply;
- For Cancellations communicated less than 24 hours before beginning of service a 100% penalty will apply;
- NO SHOW 100% penalty will apply;

Disposals

Disposals are intended to include drivers lunch, but not dinner. Drivers dinner will be charged € 33,00;

Transfers

Transfer services include a maximum waiting time of 60 minutes at the Airport and 30 minutes at the Train Station or other pick up location. Any longer waiting time will be charged according to actual waiting time (rounded up to the nearest hour) and model of vehicle;

Night Supplement

A 20% surcharge will apply to services carried out from 8pm to 7am.
